Yashika comes with more than two decades of professional experience in public policy, corporate affairs, economic analysis, and corporate strategy. She is currently responsible for managing government affairs and public policy, corporate reputation, sustainability, and CSR, and is part of the Executive Committee Leadership team for Pernod Ricard India.

With deep institutional knowledge and expertise, Yashika has served as the Country Director at Speyside, a public policy and corporate affairs consulting firm where she successfully built and scaled the practice in India and South Asia. Prior to that, she served as the Lead for Corporate Relations, Strategy and Economics for Rio Tinto India and as the Head of Economic Analysis, Research & Advisory practice at Dun & Bradstreet India. Formally trained as an economist, Yashika started her career at the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation and subsequently worked at the Centre for Public Policy at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore. She also holds a degree in MA Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Yashika has also co-chaired the Economic Affairs Committee at the PHDCCI.
