Neeraj Kumar has been leading Beam Global Spirits & Wine India Pvt Ltd (“Beam Suntory India”) since October 2018, after serving in various roles across Beam Suntory markets including in India, Singapore and Australia. Under his leadership, the company is treading strongly to achieve its ambitious goal of reaching 1 billion dollars in revenue by 2030. With an aim to position Beam Suntory as the world’s most admired and fastest-growing premium spirits company, Neeraj is spearheading the India growth chapter to accelerate the growth strategies driving sustained market performance through greater commercial agility.
Learning from various Whisky and Malt salient markets like Japan, Singapore, Australia and Taiwan, Neeraj takes pride in developing whisky innovations, platforms and formats which help build brand differentiation and long-term sustainable demand.

Siddharth Wadia is the General Manager for India, the Middle East and North Africa (IMENA) for Brown-Forman. He is the Chairperson and Director on the board of Brown-Forman India Pvt Ltd. He has extensive experience across industries and has worked with organisations like Pepsico, Unilever and Abbott. Siddharth grew up in Delhi and believes in giving back to the society by actively volunteering towards initiatives like education for children. He has also been accredited with being a Master Trainer on HIV/AIDS from the International Labour Organization (part of WHO).

Hina Nagarajan
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Hina Nagarajan joined Diageo India in April 2021 as CEO-designate. Earlier, she was Managing Director, Diageo – Africa Emerging Markets (AEM) and under her leadership, AEM transformed to become a significant growth driver for Diageo in Africa whilst doubling operating margins. Prior to Diageo, Hina spent over 30 years in the FMCG industry in India and Asia and held several leadership positions at Reckitt, Mary Kay India and Nestlé India. As a top woman leader, she is a strong advocate of creating opportunities for women and contributes extensively to Inclusion & Diversity Programs.

Ipsita is a business leader with over 15 years of experience in commercial, operations and general management across industries like shipping, logistics, technology startups and now the premium wines & spirits. She joined LVMH as the Commercial Director in September 2019 and is now the Managing Director of Moët Hennessy India. Ipsita’s understanding of the Indian subcontinent and consumer sentiments have helped shape the company’s strategies to cater to the dynamic target audience in the country. Her previous stints include the A.P. Moller Maersk Group, Housing.com and Uber.
