Neeraj Kumar has been leading Beam Global Spirits & Wine India Pvt Ltd (“Beam Suntory India”) since October 2018, after serving in various roles across Beam Suntory markets including in India, Singapore and Australia. Under his leadership, the company is treading strongly to achieve its ambitious goal of reaching 1 billion dollars in revenue by 2030. With an aim to position Beam Suntory as the world’s most admired and fastest-growing premium spirits company, Neeraj is spearheading the India growth chapter to accelerate the growth strategies driving sustained market performance through greater commercial agility.

As VP, Director of Public Affairs – Asia, ANZPI and IMEA, Kylie is responsible for the delivery of public affairs, trade, regulatory, public policy and CSR strategies for Brown-Forman across Asia Pacific, India, Middle East and Africa. Kylie sits on the global Legal Leadership Team at Brown Forman. Externally, Kylie represents Brown-Forman on a number of boards and industry trade associations, including the International Alliance for Responsible Drinking (IARD), Spirits & Cocktails Australia, Spirits New Zealand, the Asia Pacific International Spirits & Wine Alliance (APISWA), the International Spirits and Wine Association of India (ISWAI) and the Foreign Spirits Producers Association in China (FSPA). Kylie is also Chair of the Governance Committee of APISWA. Kylie has been a practicing lawyer admitted in NSW for over 25 years, and has worked in both private practice and in-house roles. Hina Nagarajan joined Diageo India in April 2021 as CEO-designate. Earlier, she was Managing Director, Diageo – Africa Emerging Markets (AEM) and under her leadership, AEM transformed to become a significant growth driver for Diageo in Africa whilst doubling operating margins. Prior to Diageo, Hina spent over 30 years in the FMCG industry in India and Asia and held several leadership positions at Reckitt, Mary Kay India and Nestlé India. As a top woman leader, she is a strong advocate of creating opportunities for women and contributes extensively to Inclusion & Diversity Programs.
Ipsita is a business leader with over 15 years of experience in commercial, operations and general management across industries like shipping, logistics, technology startups and now the premium wines & spirits. She joined LVMH as the Commercial Director in September 2019 and is now the Managing Director of Moët Hennessy India. Ipsita’s understanding of the Indian subcontinent and consumer sentiments have helped shape the company’s strategies to cater to the dynamic target audience in the country. Her previous stints include the A.P. Moller Maersk Group, Housing.com and Uber.

Yashika Singh is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, Communication and Sustainability & Responsibility, at Pernod Ricard India.
Yashika comes with more than two decades of professional experience in public policy, corporate affairs, economic analysis, and corporate strategy. She is currently responsible for managing government affairs and public policy, corporate reputation, sustainability, and CSR, and is part of the Executive Committee Leadership team for Pernod Ricard India.
With deep institutional knowledge and expertise, Yashika has served as the Country Director at Speyside, a public policy and corporate affairs consulting firm where she successfully built and scaled the practice in India and South Asia. Prior to that, she served as the Lead for Corporate Relations, Strategy and Economics for Rio Tinto India and as the Head of Economic Analysis, Research & Advisory practice at Dun & Bradstreet India. Formally trained as an economist, Yashika started her career at the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation and subsequently worked at the Centre for Public Policy at the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore. She also holds a degree in MA Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
Yashika has also co-chaired the Economic Affairs Committee at the PHDCCI. Additionally, she has been associated with various committees including Reserve Bank of India’s Technical Advisory Committee, CII Western Region Economic Affairs Committee, Economic Policy & Corporate Strategy Committee at the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
